Choosing a profession as a Counsellor has been the culmination of a life that began as and electrician, then a musician, a chiropractor, an entrepreneur and business owner, till finally resting in counselling. I have been in the health and counselling profession for over 15 years.

My experience is vast and varied which gives me a rich tapestry to draw on.

Nothing has been as satisfying in counselling as walking part of the journey with those who have questions, or need help navigating what they are currently going through, or what they have been through.

My passion is to work together with you to uncover the things that are holding you back, having trouble coping with, or stopping you having more intrapersonal and interpersonal relational freedom, to enjoy all aspects of your life.
