Parenting can be a journey of, challenges, confronting our own personality traits, love, forgiveness, joy, laughs… but it is challenging, especially if we have lost, or never new, who we are.


Stress and worry are a growing concern in today’s world. How does it affect you. Is it stopping you being who you were designed to be. Is it stopping you having the relationships you want to have, the health you want to have, to enjoy the work you are in.


Relationships are essential in life and yet can seem difficult. How are yours’s going? Is there unresolved conflict, different goals, how do we navigate the changes we all go thru in long term relationships. How do we navigate our needs and the needs of our partner. All does not have to be lost.
