WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF COUNSELLING

Individual Counselling $120 (50 min)

Couples Counselling $150 (80 min)

Welfare Card Holders:

Individual Counselling $90 (50 min)

Couples Counselling $120 (80 min)

All sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking to enable the booking to be valid and locked in, otherwise that time slot may be used by someone else.

Payments can be via bank transfer (details below), or Credit Card. Credit Card payments do incur a $3.00 extra charge to cover financial institution costs.

If you are an overseas customer all costs are in Australian Dollars which your bank will typically convert automatically when you transfer.

Cancelations made 24hrs before will create a full refund. No shows and cancelations in less than 24 hrs will receive a 50% refund. This is to ensure others can take up spare booking slots, and to encourage commitment to the process.

Sponsorship is a fantastic way to help someone else who may desperately need counselling but is unable to afford it.

Families and couples are always in need, as are the underprivileged, unemployed, Domestic Violence Survivors, Welfare recipients, or Refugees. If you feel this is something you are being prompted to do, then please deposit to the account below. This account is put aside for FREE consultations for those mentioned above, or to subsidise those with welfare cards whom we charge a lesser fee.

ESTATE DONATIONS

Any estate donations upon passing are also welcome to this account and will be used in the same fashion for those in need.

CORPORATE DONATIONS

Corporate donations are also welcome, and if specified, can be isolated for use with employees within your corporation. Simply specify this in an email to ….. at the time of your donation.
